Future efforts • Spatially resolved lowT / highB optical spectroscopy (Vis) • Improve spatial resolution and stability (currently, ~3um in SCM, B<18T) • PL spectroscopy at dilfridge temperatures (SCM1) • Voight geometry, angular resolved PL measurements (SCM2) • Make spatially resolved micro-spectroscopy more user-friendly !!! • Low-frequency Raman scattering spectroscopy (<100cm-1) Need a dedicated SCM !!! • MIR spectroscopy with continuously tunable QCLs (6-12um) at fields up to 45T • Light-pipe free FTIR spectroscopy (17.5T, SCM3) Dmitry Smirnov, LowT/highB CW optical magneto-spectroscopy2014 Users Committee Meeting, October 10-11, 2014
