  3. Broadband • leased lines consultation published 11 April, ends 20 June • wholesale access published 29 April, ends 7 July • further information requests • next stage Sept for leased lines, wholesale access

  4. Mobile • outgoing market published 11 April, ends 20 June • next stage mid August • call termination published 15th May, ends 24 July • national roaming published 15th May • not a market review, but will require Art 6/7 notification if proposal confirmed • international roaming • still on hold pending DG Comp

  5. Other consultations • financial accounting • terrestrial transmission - awaiting Counsel advice (19 June) likely publication early July. • key performance indicators end May/early June • informal Commission discussions ongoing
