  19. Registration Deadline • Registration deadline: May/June 2007 • The Festival will provide hotel accommodations to ISCM ExCom members, one chief delegate of each section and associate members. • Details of registration arrangements will be announced in early January 2007.

  20. Cultural Exchange • The Festival is organising a cultural exchange tour after the Festival to Xian and Chengdu, China to visit the music institutes and the cultural sites of these ancient cities.
