  2. February 2014TESTING – Writing Assessment • 8th grade: Thursday & Friday, Feb 6 & 7 • 6th grade: Thursday & Friday, Feb 20 & 21 • 7th grade: Tuesday & Wednesday, Feb 25 & 26

  3. Other changes: • Advisory : HOMEROOM mtg. Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014 Will have DE Reports from second assessments to place in student Data Notebook—Reading, Math, & Science. • Advisory: SMALL GROUP mtg. *Thursday, Feb. 27, 2014

  4. February PLCs date… • Thursday, February 13, 2014 Please follow ‘staggered’ start time schedule… 7Math & Science: 8:15 7ELA & SocStudies: 8:45 8Math & Science: 10:00 8ELA & SocStudies: 10:30 Related Arts: 12 Noon 6Math & Science: 1:45 6ELA & SocStudies: 2:15 THANKS!

  5. Grade Levels = 2 Testing Days… TEAMS are on 2 Blocks a day schedule. (3 period a day 7 & 8 TEAMS (Clydesdale & Thoroughbred)– second day, second block NO TESTING—but BE AWARE of TESTING continuing in other GL Teams. *6th grade-second day, after Block 3—CORE Time as you want it & Rel Arts regular schedule.

  6. All TESTING through ELA classes… • Other CORE Classes must follow the BLOCK time. • LOOK AT scheduled BREAK TIME for ELA Testing & do NOT be out in hallway/restrooms at this scheduled time. • Be aware that all testing is online. Try not to utilize bandwidth during ALL Grade Level testing dates. • This is REQUIRED state testing. Be considerate of this during these multiple testing days.

  7. Feb 6 & 7 changes to other grades: • 6th grade Related Arts: 8th pd. = 9:55-10:40 • 6th grade CORE time: 2:25-3:15 LUNCH Swaps: 7Clydesdales: 12:19-12:49 (8Show Horse time) 7Pacers: 12:23-12:53 (8Walking Horse time)

  8. Feb 20 changes to other grades: • LUNCH Swap: Feb 20 ONLY 7 Pacers: 11:13-11:43 (6Chargers time) No Changes on day 2, Feb 21, of 6th grade testing.

  9. Feb 25 & 26 changes to other grades: • 6th grade Related Arts: 8th pd. = 9:00-9:45 • 6th grade CORE time: 2:25-3:15 • LUNCH Swaps: 6Stallions: 11:18-11:48 (7Mustang time)

  10. TESTING Security meetings… • Language Arts & Special Services teachers & Assistants ONLY. • Monday, Feb. 3: 8th grade ELA – 10:00. • Tuesday, Feb. 4: 7th grade – 8:15. 6th grade – 1:45.
