EVENT FLOW • Invited Guests will be received by “Luminaz” representatives . • They would be Guided through the venue (Contact details will be collected at the entrance) • Pre- event will have a press conference where event kit will be handed over which would be followed by a PR activity. • This will be an evening event (Tentative timings will be from 7:30 PM to 12:00 PM) where Wine and Cheese will be served .

  11. PRE EVENT • Invitation Cards would be Sent across personally to all the Invited Guests well in Advance to save their precious time. • The Guest list would comprise of some of the Most elite and High End Personas of the town. • Media coverage would be flowing throughout the course of the event.

FASHION SHOW • Since there is a Sufi night followed by cocktails seating would have round tables for the guests. • The choreography would be in such a manner that models walk through the round tables like the shows in west. • Would be a four designer sequence covering the following in four different rounds: 1.
