RNA Sample Analysis & rRNA Subtraction Results with Microbe Express Kit

This additional file presents the qualitative analysis of RNA samples before and after rRNA subtraction using the Microbe Express kit (Ambion). The top six chromatograms display total RNA samples with calculated RIN values, while the bottom six chromatograms show the profiles of rRNA-depleted samples post two rounds of subtraction. Each chromatogram includes sample identity for reference.
