General info about Program • Supported area: • Latvia: Latgale, Vidzeme; adjoining areas: Riga City and Pieriga • Estonia:North-East, South-East, Central part of Estonia; adjoining area: North of Estonia • Russia: Leningrad region, Pskov region, St.-Petersburg City. • First Call become 226 projects • In first call supported 25 projects

  8. What is required to do in future? • More large scale projects and should be in accordance with area developing plans • No need to develop this prgramm for very small projects • How to suport more business? • Union of Valga Local Governments wish to support program with three participating countries (Est-Lat-Rus)

  9. What is required to do in future? • Strong and developed partner is not allowed chose project partners from the strong and developed areas (e.g. Tallinn-Riia)
