  2. About CMS • The Collaborative Meeting System (CMS) is intended to facilitate communication between SERDP and ESTCP members by providing an interactive, real time, archival system

  3. Logging In Enter your Login Name Enter your Password Click Login

  4. Reviewers’ Proposal Area Project Number/Room Reviewers Proposal Areas Focus Areas Project SON Logout button

  5. Using a Room CMS Program Information Project Room Name Click to access Help Notice of User Entrance to Room Current Discussion

  6. Using a Room – Actions • Below the Help and About buttons are navigation buttons for the following actions: • Stop Scrolling: Keeps the screen from scrolling upwards • Exit Room: Leave the room, but not the CMS program Stop Scrolling Exit Room

  7. Using a Room – Changing to Another Room • Below the Action navigation, a user can choose to move between rooms. • Click the drop down pick list • You will see all the rooms that are members of the Focus Area • Chose another room, you will be moved automatically • You may begin a new chat as soon as the room has loaded Drop Down Pick-List

  8. Using a Room - Users • Beneath the Changing Rooms drop down list, you will find a list of users currently online in this room • To send a message, simply click All Users • To send a message to a specific user, simply click their name, and send the message • The privacy option has been disabled, all messages are public List of Users Specific User

  9. Sending Messages Formatting text changes Click to send text message Text you are about to post Add a hard return to your text

  10. Summary • Once logged in, users may select their Focus Area of interest • Multiple rooms may be grouped under one Focus Area • Users can switch between rooms grouped under a Focus Area • Remember to Logout!
