  4. Our IT emergency plan contains: Intention is NOT:to spell out how normal operations are resto-red 1. Purpose of plan • Intention IS:- to make decisions • to prioritize systems • to prioritize communications • - to give a few technical hints

  7. 4. Priority of reactions Reactions prioritized 1. Stop accidents2. Send for colleages 3. Inform all users of IT4. Involve Directors and Emergency Management 5. Try to repair Communication prioritized 1. Intranet (not too serious) 2. Loudspeakers (quite serious) 3. E-mail (serious indeed)4. SMS (rather serious) 5. E-mail from the ‘Moon’ after leaving Parliament (terrible)

If one of the server rooms OK - go on and shut down unnecessary processes´ 2. If no server rooms OK - activate staff to communicate - activate emergency intranet - activate emergency mail

  9. 6. Hints for technicians If cabled network destroyed use WiFi and / or 3G and VPN If SMS is off change to fixed token pass code Backup snapshots a possibility for restore Remember to adjust IP addresses

  10. 6. More hints for technicians If we are infected by virus , close internet gate to avoid disease carrier Do not hesitate to activate Microsoft Premiere Support Do not hesitate to deactivate connection to Internet
