WARM WELCOME • Group received by Program Director Ms. Blakeman Allen inside the Boston Airport • Support at Airport and Security Clearance • Warm Welcome by Ms. Sara, Peter, Erick and Julli • Introduction of group and the program team • Mixing and family like environment • Meetings with students, scholars and common people

  3. HONOR • Flag ceremony, Honor for the group and our country • Invited the group in their musical program and acknowledged the presence of Pakistani educationists • Invitation by Ms. Blake Allen at her home • Invited by Dr. SalmanMalik, the Muslims were satisfied with the freedom of religious functions, ceremonies and obligations • Invitation by lady faculty member at her house at a hilltop, managed meeting with the friends, colleagues and local families, group observed respect and positive response there • Invitation by Madam Susan, managed games, tea and recreation, interaction opportunities there

  4. CULTURE OF CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS • Made things clear • Debriefing and orientation by Program Director & team • Orientation about the program, State, University, and city • Adam Meier share the education system, program and culture

CARE & SUPPORT • Healthcare support • Provision of medicine and contact with nurse • Security • Briefing by town police officer • Meeting with senior education advisor in the state department sharing the education system of both countries, regarding future planning of educational activities • Privacy, respect for individuals’ like: personal matters family and income

  6. Fruitful Visits • Harvard University Boston • Visit of university and New Hampshire town • Washington D.C, Whitehouse, museums • Aquarium at Boston • Voice of America • Embassy of Islamic Republic of Pakistan • Duck-type bus that can run on road and float on water
