  3. eDofE Registration Process Complete Centre Enrolment Form (DofE1) This is the physical location of the group. Complete Leader Enrolment Form for all DofE leaders within the centre or school (DofE2) Ensure forms have valid email address to send username and password to Complete Participant Enrolment Form (DofE3) Submit all forms to your DofE Support Officer who will pass for processing. Participant usernames can be accessed by relevant centre leaders and passwords are automatically set as the participants D.O.B. Until first accessed

  4. eDofE Achievement Process • The assessor report should be checked and uploaded onto participants eDofE account. • Participant submits section for approval on eDofE account. • Leader checks section and approves if ok. • When 4 sections are complete and approved, the system will forward the complete award to the DofE officer for final approval.

  7. Expedition Paperwork Submission Process

  8. Pre approved route process Has the route been pre approved? No Yes Has the supervisor travelled the route recently? Does the route match the remit of the supervisors qualification and level of award group? No Yes Yes No Walk route with another supervisor prior to the expedition Submit route card, map and risk assessment for approval before 1st March* Alternative route must be sought which meets the qualifications of supervisors and award level of group. Are you comfortable with taking a group on this route? No Yes When route has been approved follow process for pre approved routes. Organise expedition Submit paperwork Submit expedition paperwork to DofE support staff at least 4 weeks in advance and submit green form to relevant expedition panel at least 2 weeks in advance (6 weeks if panel assessor is required. Ensure all appropriate people have received a copy of expedition paperwork *Approval out with this time will be dependant on the time constraints of the expedition season.
