We offer you a great range of DVDs & games to rent We also offer an online streaming of music, which is availible with a deal we offer. Which and how many customers? We’re aiming at people in the local area of Oxfordshire to start off with, and they can be any age. First year turnover Our first year turnover is around the £3,600,000 mark. First year profit? Our first year profit should work out around the £1,200,000 mark.

If our company expands, we will stretch across the UK.

BUSINESS PLAN Financial Analysis • Initial Capital • The amount of money I will need to get this business running is around £50,000 • Total Funding Needs • Overall I will need to £90,000 to get my business running properly. • I’ll need: • £3-£25 per DVD • About £2,000 for rental of the shop. • 50p per DVD sent out. • £25 a month for a website. • £1,000 for advertising. • Around £200 for a Disc Reparing kit to get rid of scratches. • Investment • I will need to get hold of films, games, and a website to get this business running. • Loan • I’d need to borrow about £30,000 after I’ve sold some shares.
