Review and assessment • -         To set up quality procedures: After identifying the main processes in the research course of action with the help of partners, those processes will be clearly and precisely described in the quality manual. The next step will be the implementation of the quality manual and the measure of the differences between reality and the written procedure all along the project. A specific part of the Official reports (Year 1 and 2) will be devoted to reporting on the conformity to quality procedures. • -         To implement operational objectives measurements: After translating project objectives into project operational goals and objectives, those operationnal goals will be described in the quality manual with measurement procedures. Then the WP8 will measure how they are achieved or not by the consortium. A specific part of the Official reports (Year 1 and 2) will be devoted to reporting on achieving those operational goals. • -         To review and assess project success: Continuous review and monitoring of quality procedures and goal achievements will be ensured by the WP9. WP9 will inform the coordination about progress, and warn coordination about possible risks for the project. Under certain circumstances, WP9 will propose alternative solution, remediation or a revision of the quality manual, if necessary. At the end of the project WP9 will assess the overall quality of the project and the project success. All this will be reported in Official Reports.

  7. Vad jag tänker på innan jag hoppar på nästa projekt • Små och mellanstora projekt är bäst • Arbeta helst med partners du känner till • Särskilt om du ska ansvara för deras arbete • Var inte överambitiös • Administrativ support är A och O!!!

  8. Varför hoppa på en till…eller kanske t.o.m. koordinera • Forskningsmässigt intressant • Både skillnader och likheter belysta i råmaterial • Kan resultera i bra publikationer • Relativt välbetalt • Nätverk – socialt – resor
