We often keep talking about the Indian diaspora but it is equally essential to notes that there are a lot of people who come to India every year looking for jobs and it is not very uncommon to find people from countries like Canada and UAE working in various parts of the country today. • However, movie only choose to look at the people who are moving to Canada and the people who are coming from Canada or UAE often get ignore and we do not think or talk a lot about the problems that they might be facing in India. • India has a very welcoming and accepting culture and we respect any foreigner whom might come to India looking for work but there are certain technical challenges that a lot of immigrants face in India and the biggest one is when it comes to transferring money from India back to their own family in their native country. • There is an available option to send your money back home and that is through the Government of India but we all know how tedious it is.

The biggest challenge is that it is extremely time consuming and you might be expected to stand in a long queue outside a government office in order to send your money back home and this time consuming process is something that most of the immigrants are scared of as they do not have one full day to stand outside a government office just to send their hard and money back home as most of these people are paid on an everyday basis and sending their money back home through the Government of India would mean losing out on your daily wages for at least 2 to 3 days every month or as and when they have to urgently send their money to their family in the native country which is a lot for most of these people and this is why they not only find this method inconvenient but also unfordable as it proves to be very harsh on the pocket.

The Government of India has taken some very crucial steps in the past few years to make this process of transferring money from India to UAE or other countries a little more convenient but we are still far from an efficient system which can quickly send the remit money to Canada or other countries.
