  1. The Photographer in Me By: Mckayla Nguyen

  2. First Out of Five • This is a Photograph of the Holiday Tree at South Salem High School. • This Photo definitely has the rule of thirds. As you can see one side of the tree has so many more lights which it draws attention to. • I wish that the camera would have had more focused because I think it would have made everything more clear and it would have made greater photo. • I used Photoshop to edit the photo, I changed the contrast and the Brightness • This photo was just getting into the holiday spirit.

  3. Second Out of Five • This is a portrait photo of Hannah. This was taken outside of South Salem high school. • The focal point of the photo is Hannah but there is some balance with the pole and herself. • I don’t think I would change any thing on this photo. • I did edit the photo just by cropping out the unwanted sides. • I really like this picture because even though Hannah is posing it does like a bit natural.

Third Out of Five • This photo is an angel photo and this was taken in the South Salem high school Library. • In this shot it has Leading line and lighting. • I don’t think that I would really change anything about the photo. • I did crop out the extra sides and I changed the brightness on Photoshop. • I really like this picture because there’s a lot of questions and open ending looks about it.

Fourth Out of Five • This picture was taken in South Salem high School of the Holiday Tree. • This shot has a lot of balance between the lights and the decorations. • I would have liked for the photo to be more focused. It could also look better is the angle was more shifted. • I did not edit this photo, this is just how I took it. • I like this picture because is have a nice angle to it. It is very different from a lot of the photos I’ve taken.

  6. Five Out of Five • This photo was taken right outside of South high school. It is one of my Autumn photographs. • This picture has leading lines and a horizon lines. • No I didn’t edit this photo, this was just how I took it. • I do like this photo but it was really foggy the day we took the picture so some of it is really white out. I also think it would have been better if there was more contrast.

  7. … • As an artist I think my strongest photographs of objects or nature. • I do like taking portraits but taking photos outside really doesn’t need much editing because everything. • There are a lot of pictures that I took over the semester but y favorite by one the first ones I took.
