Applicant Purge Process (RORAPRG) Purge applicant data for those who have not completed the financial aid process for an aid year No ability to restore data once purged, may need to restrict access To be included applicant must not have: an award record a resource entered on the Resource Maintenance Form excluding VA benefits loaded from ISIR a loan record for the aid year an entry on the Student Registration Table (SFBETRM) for any term within their aid period June 16, 2012 | www.sungardhe.com 3
