BUSINESS PLAN Personal Information Missions and Aims • The mission for is to become the most succesful DVD rental service in the UK and to make sure our customers are happy with our service. • Aims: • Do research into the market to find out the amount of people who are interested in DVD rentals and who currently uses them. • Firstly become the biggest rentel service in Oxford before we expand to other parts in the UK. • To have a company which cannot be competed with.

Market Growth There is growth in the market because its cheaper to rent the DVDs rather than go to the cinema, we provide this. Market Industry Analysis Blue-ray discs and games are becoming more popular than before. Pirate DVDs may be a main threat. Main Competitors The main threats to film lovers are blockbusters and lovefilm.com.
