  2. Do’s and dont’s in Hungary: • When you are in a theatre or cinema, you have to turn off your mobile phone. In the restaurant you must not smoke. We don’t like when the foreigners say hungry instead Hungary.

  3. Greetings : • When two men meet, they shake their hands. When two women meet they shake their hands only when they meet for the first time

  4. Peoples: • The girls are beautiful. The hungarian people are open.

  5. Shops: • In Hungary there are a lot of shops. The shops open from morning to the evening. Some of the shops are non-stop. People often write a shopping list to remember what to buy when they go shopping.

  6. Houses: • In Hungary there aren’t any skyscapers. In Nyíregyháza there are a lot of blocks of flats in the city center and house with garden around Nyíregyháza.

  7. Sports: • We won the gold medal at the Olimpics in waterpolo. Our women handball team is almost the best. At football and basketball we aren’t the best, but we are good at them.

  8. Traffic: • When you want to travell by bus you have to buy a ticket or a season ticket. You can travel by subway only in Budapest. If you haven’t got one, you will have to spend a fortune as fine. You can travel by taxi, train ect. The train like the bus. It’s almost the same. The taxi is expensive but it takes you from door to door. In Budapest there is always a traffic jam in the morning and afternoon. In Nyíregyháza the traffic jams are less heavy than in Budapest.

  9. Weather: • The weather in hungary is average. The summer is hot, the winter is always cold and snowy. There is a lot of rain at the beginning of the summer and at the beginning of autumn.

  10. Food: • The food are the most spiced in Hungary. Thats why it is tasty. Our national food is the stuffed cabage, chicken soup Újházi style, fisherman’s soup, dobos cake. Our onion is popular which is from Makó and the pepper which is from Szeged. The Hungarian wines are great too. For example: Tokaji, Villányi, Szekszárdi wines are very fine.

  11. Symbols: • Our parlament is the biggest in the EU. In Hungary there are a lot of places where you can see interesting and beautiful sights for ex.: Hortobágy the bridge, the mountains: Mátra, Bükk and the lake Balaton.
