  2. Tourism sector in the world • The tourism sector began to develop in the world, especially after the 1950s. The contribution of tourism to the country's economy is much larger, although it is the social and cultural sector. Interest to the tourism sector is gradually increasing especially by reason of; • Increasing in the demand of sector in each year • Contributing to the economy with huge foreign currency earnings, • Creating job due to the labor intensive sector, • Providing positive contribution to the trade deficit. • Tourism sector in services trade • has become the world's largest • trade category. Tourism has • approximately 30% share of exports • in total services trade and • approximately 6% share of total • exports in the world.
