  2. 1.Aeronautical Engineering Course Overview Aeronautical Engineering is an active Branch of engineering that is concerned with the construction, development, and trials of airplanes. This course involves integration of physics, mathematics as well as material sciences to solve problems related to aerodynamics, propulsion, avionic and structures. In their curriculum, students get to work with actual equipment, current instrumentation, and software used in aviation today.Some of the subjects taught as part of the curriculum include fluid mechanics, thermodynamics among others, flight mechanics and aircraft aerodynamics, engineering of aircraft systems, as well as propulsion.

Aeronautical Engineering Course Eligibility Criteria For the purpose of venturing an Aeronautical Engineering course the candidate/institute should have passed in 10+2 exam group with PCM subjects. The score should range from 50- 60% depending on the institution requirements of entry into the institution. Generally, students get admission through Joint Entrance Examination, state level examinations or through other entrance examinations of different institutions. Others who may be eligible are diploma holders in related fields and those who intend to undergo lateral entry programs.
