  5. Election Resource Center (ERC) This is designed to help the election professional. Contains SBE Numbered Memos Contains Precinct Uniformity Manual Contains Presentations from past conferences

  6. Help Desk • Managing support calls • Testing/QA all SBE applications • Documentation of all SBE applications • ERC projects • General CBE support • Will get you where you need to go • Five SBE employees assigned to Help Desk.

  7. How to Contact Help Desk WHEN YOU NEED ASSISTANCE FROM SBOE, YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING THREE OPTIONS (IN PREFERENCE ORDER). Using one of these methods will insure the incident is received and addressed based on priority. 1. Create a Clarity Support incident via email a. Send your email to HelpRequest.SBOE@ncsbe.gov <best practice> b. The Body of the email becomes the description of the incident: Include complete contact info, such as but not limited to:  Name, Phone#, Email address, County and a complete description of the issue. 2. Enter a Clarity Support incident. 3. Call the Helpdesk – 1-888-450-7263
