AENEAS Objectifs 2004-2006 → Apporter de manière spécifique et complémentaire aux autres programmes déjà existants une aide technique et financière aux pays tiers →Soutenir les pays tiers afin de garantir une bonne gestion des flux migratoires → Construire cadre communautaire horizontal pour renforcer la coopération entre l’UE, Etats tiers, acteurs internationaux, concernés par le phénomène migratoire AIDCO F 3 Marlène Vermorken

Priorités Thématiques 2004-2006 Les 5 priorités l’article 2, §1 a)→e) du Règlement (CE) n° 491/2004 DU PE et du C le 10 mars 2004 a)Le développement de législation relatives à l’immigration légale des pays tiers b)La promotion de la migration légale c)L’élaboration de législation et le développement de pratiques nationales en matière de protection et d’asile d)L’établissement d’une politique en matière de lutte contre les migrations illégales y compris le trafic et la traite des être humains e)La réadmission ainsi que la réintégration durable des personnes en retour (volontaire ou involontaire) AIDCO F 3 Marlène Vermorken
