Network Elements affecting Data Speed • Many contributing factors affecting end-user performance Signal strength Interference Cell change Loading Routing, QoS profiles etc Transport errors GGSN NodeB NIB UE RNC SGSN Availability Operating System TCP settings Applications protocols (FTP, ICMP,HTTP, UDP, RSTP etc) Speed measurement method Internet Which site ? Routing, delays, congestion, QoS profiles etc

Data Check Audit Process to identify possible issues, in case desired speed is not achieved: • Check speed through NetPerSec tool • Cross-check HSDPA related parameters in RNC & Node B • Check SGSN Profile • Check HLR Profile (user profile) • Check for Time Delay & Jitter using Ping Plotter tool
