  2. Overweight makes our life harder as we become unable to your daily work smoothly and it is also not good for our health. Here are some tips that will help you to lose your weight and gain better health.

  3. Eat fruits and vegetables:

  4. For better health and right weight eating lot of fresh fruits and vegetable is very essential. It our weight lose diet we prefer food that are low in fat and calories, so to help you lose your weight fruits and vegetable are very ideal food as they contain very low fat and calorie.

Some of the best fruits and vegetables for your diet are Berries, Apples and pears, kale, chard, mustard greens, spinach, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage etc. Lot of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants are found in fruits and vegetables that not only protect us from various diseases but also maintain our weight too.

  7. Even though many of us avoid protein and fat to lose or maintain our weight but according to a protein and fats make us lose our weight faster. The digestion time need by protein and fats is longer compared to other foods, so by eating them you will feel fuller for the longer period of time.

  8. As protein is harder to digest, it said to increase in the metabolism of our body by burning extra 260 calories in a day in order to digest. So if you add protein to your diet list you will be able to burn extra 260 calorie every day.
