Additionally, PJ Mechanical in NYC also worked on the Setai Fifth Avenue and completed its interior work. The Setai Fifth Avenue is a luxury hotel located in Manhattan, with over 60 stories. While working on this project, the firm installed a state-of-the-art HVAC system for more than two hundred guest rooms and luxury apartments.
