Tendering Process • - Send a ‘Request for Proposal’ to brokers who • specialize in First Nation’s insurance. • Meet with each of them to discuss your • community’s insurance needs and provide them with • adequate information required by insurance • companies. • Broker should conduct walk-through of the • community and take pictures of commercial buildings • to gain better understanding of the account. • Insurance can be complicated, allow each broker • to present their proposal in person.
