The PiYo programme comprises 60 workouts and is made to be used six days per week. Since PiYo integrates extreme cardio one can assume to obtain visible returns greatly faster than the traditional manner of Yoga and pilates. The programme has been fashioned to cater to all genders and age groups at any given fitness level. Prior experience with Pilates or yoga is positively not a necessity for including this workout series to your routine as PiYo is instructed in an easy to follow along style.
