SUMMARY OF GAME • This game and the lesson focuses on five basic geometric shapes. The game and lesson focused on the name of shapes and their colors. After reviewing the PowerPoint on identifying shapes, the students will be able to participate in the game “Where is Triangle”? This is sung to the tune of “Where is Thumbkin.”
SUMMARY OF GAME INSTRUCTIONS • The instructions for the game is simple. After reviewing the PowerPoint on shapes, the students will be able to play the game. The students are given a set of shapes to play the games. We will begin the game by singing to the tune of Where is Thumbkin. We will name each shape in the song putting up the shape as we call the name.
COMMENTS BY MRS. SIMS Mrs. Sims commented on the lesson by stating that it was appropriate for the age level and learning environment. She also stated that the lesson kept the students’ attention. She also stated that my attendance was prompt and attenttive.
