6. Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) Multi-Crew Cooperation course (MCC) training is about multi-pilot, multi-engine airplane under IFR conditions. The main objectives of the course are to train communication, resource management, teamwork and decision making at all stages of flight under any conditions. Course Outline MCC theory course – 25 hour Minimum of 3 days technical Computer-Based Training (CBT) at home (or at Pier Seven Aviation training centre upon request and subject to availability) 3 days classroom and computer-based training 5 Full-flight simulator (FFS) sessions. Each FFS session is 4 hours + briefing and debriefing. Course Content The content of the MCC course will cover theoretical knowledge training, practice and feedback in: Communication Leadership and teamworking Situation awareness Workload management Problem-solving and decision- making Monitoring and cross-checking Task sharing Use of checklists Flight management FMS use Environment, weather and ATC Systems normal, abnormal and emergency operation.
