2. purpose The purpose of this presentation is to effectively communicate our plan and phased strategy to execute God’s charge to this body of believers.

3. vision To uplift, empower, and encourage the City of San Antonio and its surrounding areas through the preaching, teaching, and sharing of God's Word through His Holy Bible. United Christian Fellowship is a multicultural, faith-based, cross generational, house of faith located in San Antonio, Texas.

4. Short history • God and His children demanded TCF’s fruition • First cell group begins • First online bible study held in March 2011 • Second and third cell groups planted • Received state recognition as a house of faith • July 17, 2011 first traditional church service held with an overwhelming response from the city (150+)

5. Phase 1 (July 2011 – July 2012) • What: Saturate the body with a rich and heavy dose of God’s Word! • Purpose: To develop a core of believers strong in the Truth and mature in doctrine • Method: Weekly online bible study with a focus on the keystones of Christianity • Christology • The Tabernacle • Prayer and Fasting • Advanced Faith • The Spiritual Gifts • Spiritual Warfare • Ecclesiology

6. Phase 1(July 2011 – July 2012) • What: Build true Godly relationships through love and fellowship • Method: Cell Activities (Sunday Worship) • Cell Group Service (Individual Cell Group Service) • Every 2nd and 4th Sunday at 1030am (CST) • Acts Fellowship Meeting (Combined Area Cell Groups) • Every 1st and 3rd Sunday at 1030am (CST) all cell groups combine for the Acts Fellowship Service.  Click Here for upcoming Acts Services • Agape' Worship Service (Traditional Church Service) • 1030 every quarter for all TCF members, cell groups, friends and families.

7. Phase 1(July 2011 – July 2012) Establish city-wide presence • What: Establish a hands-on presence in the four quarters of the city • Method: Community outreach through street, door-to-door, hospital, and any other place where the Gospel Message is needed! • Cell groups host/execute a community activity monthly • Plant more cell groups throughout the city

8. Phase 1(July 2011 – July 2012) • What: Minimize overhead costs through conservative spending saving funds for future building projects and/or facilities procurement • Objective: Build a substantial account balance: • Phase 2: Establish a Tier 2 transition facility (free-standing building, store front, previous church facility, etc.) • Phase 2: Hire qualified and credentialed administrative and ministry staff • Method: Fundraising through freewill offerings and tithes

9. Phase 2(August 2012 – December 2012) • What: Increase traditional assembly frequency • Agape' Worship Service (Traditional Church Service) • 1030am cstmonthly for all TCF members, cell groups, friends and families • What: Evaluate facility prospects in preparation for Phase 3

10. Phase 3(january 2013 – December 2013) • What: Procure facility for Sunday assembly and partial staff operations • Seek part-time staff and volunteers as required • What: Procure facility furniture and equipment as needed • What: Evaluate weekly services launch

11. Phase 4(january 2014 – December 2014) • What: Hire 3/4 staff • Administrative Director • Admin assistant • Musical Director • Musicians • Communications Director • Ministerial Staff (Senior Pastor, Outreach, Chaplain, Education and Executive) • Assign Expansion and Development Team
