  2. Facts about Grasshoppers • Grasshopper eggs are deposited in turf grass or other sod areas. • Hind legs are for jumping. • Hatch begin in early spring.

  3. Rainbows • ROY G.BIV is the rainbow. • They come after rainstorms. • Rainbows are beautiful!

  4. Daniel Boone • Daniel Boone was in the Revolutionary War. • He was the colonists. • He wore blue & grey.

  5. Weather • Some type of weather disasters are tsunamis, tornadoes,& hurricanes. • Precipitation is snow, hail,& rainbows. • Weather balloons & wind socks are tools.

  6. AR Tests • Get 100% on AR tests. If you get lower than 85% , your AR points will get down and down, and down. • Report it on your red AR folder.

  7. Ants • Ants are strong. • They can do anything with their antennae. • Ants work together. • The queen ant lives for several years.

  8. 6 Characters • Show the 6 Characters. • They are trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, caring, citizenship, & fairness. Caring is you care about other people.

  9. Measurement • Measurement is 1 gallon, 1 quart, 1 pint, &, 1 cup. • 2 cups = 1 pint. • 2 pints = 1 quart.

  10. Idioms • Idioms are like burnt to a crisp, zip your lips,& apple of my eye. • It’s just if those things happen, you say it. • They would never happen.

  11. Vocabulary • If you caught your parent’s say a vocabulary word, write it down on a piece of paper and have them sign it.
