  1. Means Well, But.... Introduction: Many mean well, but for whatever reason, they fail to follow through with their intentions. Things happen of lesser importance, but the more important is placed on a back burner.

  2. Means Well, But.... Introduction...: It is imperative that we have resolve and reposition ourselves when we are sidetracked. We must stay focused and be able to prioritize.

  3. Means Well, But.... “12: Wherefore I will not be negligent to put you always in remembrance of these things, though ye know them, and be established in the present truth. 13: Yea, I think it meet, as long as I am in this tabernacle, to stir you up by putting you in remembrance; 14: Knowing that shortly I must put off this my tabernacle, even as our Lord Jesus Christ hath shewed me” (2 Pet. 1).

  4. Means Well, But.... Ready always to teach “15: So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also” (Rom. 1).

  5. Means Well, But.... Ready always regarding local church “33: But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you” (Matt. 6).

  6. Means Well, But.... Ready always for family “8: But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel” (I Tim. 5).

  7. Means Well, But.... Ready always to grow “15: Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” (2 Tim. 2, cp. 2 Pet. 1: 5-12).

  8. Means Well, But.... Ready always to honor Lordship “46: And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?” (Luke 6.)

  9. Means Well, But.... Conclusion: “1: Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip. 2: For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompence of reward; 3: How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him” (Heb. 2).

  10. Means Well, But.... If we are not careful, we will like so many be looking at the final setting of the sun on our lives and wonder whatever happened to all the plans, goals, and lofty aspirations we had in life. Nothing is so wasted as a life and unrealized goals!
