  2. 정의 • 유세포 분석기(Flocytometer) 유액의상태의 입자나 세포가 일정 감지지역을 통과할때 빛의 신호를 측정하여 각각의 입자나 세포가 갖는 여러 특성(크기, 내부구조등)을 동시에 측정하는 기법.

  4. 검체 주입방법- * 세포를 주사기 등을 이용하여 주입하는법 * 시험관에 담아서 압력에 의해 운반용 액체에 빨려 들어가게 하는 법

  5. 원리 • 전방산란(Forward angle light scatter; FSC) : 세포의 크기나 모양 측정.

  6. 원리 -측방산란(Side scatter; SSC) : 세포질내 과립여부 세포내부구조 측정 형광물질의 발광 측정

  7. 원리 - 형광측정: 형광물질의 발광을 이용하여 특이 항원의 존재여부를 형광강도를 통해 알아낸다.

  8. 임상적 적용 분야 - 림프구 아형 검사(CD4, CD25, FoxP3 를 이용한 T reg cell 검사) - 백혈병 및 림프종의 면역표현형 검사 - 조혈모세포의 절대 수 측정 - 발작성야간혈색소뇨증(PNH) 확진검사
