Research on several Shell SNRs, CTB80, CTB 80, and the properties of PSR 1951+32 using Effelsberg 11 cm and WSRT observations. Details on pulsar's age, timing, motion, scintillation, and collaborators' contributions.

Effelsberg 11 cm (Reich e.a.) showing several shell SNRs & CTB80
Steep-spectrum point source in flat-spectrum component (VLA)
Properties of PSR 1951+32, from PuMa + WSRT data • Char. age, 105 yr • Pulse arrival times, 1999-2005 • Timing solution from 840 (blue) & 1380 MHz • Fit includes 2 period derivatives, DM, motion.. • Much timing noise, event near MJD 51950
Transverse motion long suspected of PSR 1951+32 • Scintillation observations had shown it • WSRT 90 & 3.6 cm maps
Motion of PSR1951+32 (100 yr arrow) as measured by the VLA, 19 & 22 cm (Migliazzo e.a.)
Collaborators • PSR1951+32 proper motion: Migliazzo, Gaensler, Backer, Stappers, Swaluw
