  2. New Symplus Eligible Product List *Cash rewards for eligible product sales will be paid from 1 April 2014. 1 May 2014

New Symplus Eligible Product List • Sales will be available for you to claim via the Symplus site in early June. • IMPORTANT: When the sales claim module goes live early June, eligible sales dating back to 1 April 2014, will be available for you to claim AND earn the associated Symplus cash reward. • Rewards are paid on deal value (bookings) NOT MSRP as per the original promotion. • Reward percentages per deal value bracket for the eligible products are as follows: 1 May 2014

  4. Reward payments • Quarterly caps are in place for reward payments*: • All countries excluding Australia and China – USD$3000 • Australia – USD$1605 (after FBT) • China – USD$1500 • Rewards will be paid on a monthly basis as per the following example: (please allow on average for a 6 week** processing period) 1 May 2014

  5. Confirmation of Reward Payout • When new rewards are credited to your Symplus account, you will be notified in several ways: • Email • An email will be sent to you, confirming new rewards have either been loaded to your reloadable Symplus Visa debit card (or Symplus MasterCard debit card for Singapore & Malaysia participants) or a new reward card is due to be despatched • Symplus Site • The ‘My Activity’ page on Symplus will detail your reward earnings including promotion name, earnings by activity and your current balance 1 May 2014
