Electronic Transcripts • Service provided as part of the OKcollegestart.org student portal • Will allow transcripts to be transferred from HS to college electronically (no paper!) • Can be transferred as a .pdf or data file • Can be set up to auto update transcripts sent to a college

Sending transcripts - Students There are two ways students can send transcripts to participating post-secondary institutions: • Release with College Application • Transcript Manager

Release with Application By checking a box during the submittal process, students can attach their high school transcript to their online application

Student Transcript Manager • Students can also send transcripts at any time during the year with Personal Transcript Manager • Students can authorize the release of all future versions of their transcripts

Steps to HS Participation • Step 1: Sign an Institution Agreement • Authorized school official must sign IA • FAX IA to 310-842-9898 • Step 2: Installation appointment (~45 minutes) • Counselor and Tech Coordinator for HS • Step 3: Testing and verification (~30 minutes) • Verify that your extract is working properly • Step 4: Start Sending Transcripts!
