Coating Equipment 特點 Features: 1、生產速度可達2M/min以上。 Production speed can reach over 2M/min. 2、上下料簡單容易。 It is convenient for loading and unloading material. 3、機械設備佔地空間小，可節省投資成本。 The equipment occupies small space, which can save investment cost. 4、採用先進A.D.T.噴塗系統。 Adopt advanced A.D.T. painting system. 5、粉體噴漆室，採用快速換色系統。 The powder coating room adopts high speed color shifting system.

Coating Equipment 6、鋁料塗裝後彎曲時不脫漆。 After aluminum material painted, the paint will not come off with bent. 7、烤漆爐出入口斷熱裝置，可將熱氣損失減至最低之程度，進而大 量簡省能源。 There’s heat-cutting device at the entrance and exist of painting oven, which can reduce the heat loss to the minimum and save much energy. 8、噴塗時能噴入死角，沒有法拉第效應，噴塗均勻。 Painting can be sprayed into dead corner without Faratti effect and with even spray.

  7. Coating Equipment 9、可節省人力 Manpower saving : (1)傳統橫式塗裝設備約須14人。 Traditional horizontal painting equipment needs about 14 men. (2)新型直立式塗裝設備僅須7人即可。 New vertical painting equipment needs 7 men only. 10、產能比較 Capacity comparison: (1)傳統橫式設備，每日最高產量約5噸。 Traditional horizontal equipments daily max production capacity is about 5 tons. (2)新型直立式設備，每日最高產量約25-30噸。 New vertical equipment daily max production capacity can reach 20~30 tons.

  8. Pre-treatment Process The feature of pre-treatment : 前處理特點: 1、噴嘴噴灑呈均等扇形噴霧或呈實 心圓錐噴霧，可滿足大部份劑洗、 洗淨、潤濕、散佈、冷卻、水幕等 工業需求。 The nozzle sprinkles evenly with a fan shaped sprayer or a solid cone shaped sprayer. It can satisfactorily accomplish the majority of industrial demands, such as rinsing, cleaning, moistening, sprinkling, cooling and water curtains etc.

  9. Pre-treatment Process 2、在40Psi水壓下時，噴霧角度可達 到0度~110度(霧化角度與壓力有關)。 When the water pressure is 40 Psi, the sprayer’s angle can reach 0o~110o. 3、噴嘴材質有303SS、316SS、316LSS 黃銅、塑膠製品，可依不同需求選用。 The nozzle material including 303SS, 316SS, 316LSS, brass, plastic products, which can be chosen for use according to different requirements.

  10. Water Off Oven • 工件經前處理後，表面上的水份經過水切爐烘乾，去除表面上 • 水痕後方可噴塗。一般烘烤時間為7~10分鐘。溫度為60~80℃ • (視工件而定)。 • After pre-treatment, the surface water must drying through water off • oven to remove moisture and then can be painted. • Generally baking time is about 7~10 minute. • Temperature：60~80℃

Tribo Gun System 特色 Features： 1、多樣化之噴嘴可因需求變化達到噴塗效果。 Several optional nozzle are available to meet a wide range of application requirements. 2、主控制盤可與控制主機串聯，至多可串聯14組噴槍，並以獨 立粉料泵浦負責輸送粉料，供應每支噴槍使用。 The main control panel can connect several control units which can monitor a maximum of 14 powder spray guns. Driven by an individual powder conveying pump, each spray gun will have a sufficient supply of coating powder.

  12. Disc Gun System 特色 Features： 1、運用高速摩擦噴槍，並利用靜電原理， 使之帶有電荷粉末而自動迎向被塗物，並 在被塗物表層形成均勻的塗層。 Use a high-speed friction spray gun based on the principles of static electricity. The electrically charged powder automatically sprays any surface with a smooth, uniform coat.

Baking Oven 作用 Functions： 1、將前處理留在工作物之水份烘乾。 Drying the surface water after pre-treatment. 2、根據材料之性質塗料之性能設定烘烤時間溫度，使烘烤過後塗 膜之硬度附著性耐蝕性等達到要求。 The timing and temperature of the furnace is set according to the properties and functions of the materials coatings. This enables the thickness of the applied coating to adhere to the corrosive nature and reach demands after drying.

Baking Oven 瓦斯燃燒機安全控制系統： Gas burner safety control system： １、水銀接點瓦斯壓（高、低）開關。 Quicksilver contact gas pressure (high/low) switch. 2、循環燃燒風壓開關。 Circulation burning wind pressure switch. 3、瓦斯洩漏警報裝置。 Gas leakage alarming device. 4、慢開快關、快開快關瓦斯閥。 Slow-open/quick-turn off and quick-open/ quick-turn off gas valve.
