  1. Pete Towers – Mobysoft Account Manager AGENDA - Outline current risks within ABC - Short Term Plan - Mid/Long Term Plan - Summary

  2. Risks Out of contract poses 3 risks: Loss of revenue (£25,000 per annum) Loss of 15 councils and future revenue (£???,???!!!) Lack of trust from customer who could perceive we are only taking an interest now due to contract expiration – is this true?

  3. Risks Cont’d… No knowledge of ROI for customer – potential disaster Only 1 contact in the account – Mildred Councils view of ABC? – councils may not have been using the service effectively: Not updating client records One council only sending 50 reminders per month

  4. Risks Cont’d… Mobysoft is dependant on ABC’s relationship with the councils Massive potential loss of business if we lose ABC (for all services) No Direct Relationship with ABC’s customers – no influence

  5. Account Retention Plan - Short Term Meeting – get everything out on the table Gain access to figures and determine ROI. To demonstrate neutral/positive ROI we need a reduction of 625 “No Access” visits (625 x £40 = £25,000) Agree joint plan of action

  6. Account Retention Plan - Short Term Aims of the plan: Focus on existing 3 councils Ask for introductions to users - check/update phone numbers and increase usage Set up MIS reports and agree monthly reviews to demonstrate improvement in service Review increasing usage of each council Become an immediate point of access for any questions/concerns – solve them in timely manner

  7. Account Retention/Growth – Mid/Long Term Build relationship with Mildred to that of “Trusted Adviser” Ensure introduction of other stakeholders (Finance/Operations/MD/) at monthly review meetings Build relationships directly with councils Expand service to all 15 councils

  8. Account Retention/Growth – Mid/Long Term Work with ABC to offer other services to 15 councils Also help ABC demonstrate a good service to their customers by looking at reductions in complaints / H&S risk etc… Work with ABC on future projects

  9. Account Retention/Growth – Mid/Long Term SUMMARY Account at serious risk (no relationship, no trust, no ROI knowledge) Massive potential (4 step process): Get 3 councils up to maximum usage Expand service to all 15 councils Expand in to other services Grow as ABC grows
