Polariscope | Perfectgroupindia

Polariscope is a device used to measure the optical properties of materials. It is composed of two polarizing filters which are placed in front of a light source and a light detector. The light passes through the material, and depending on its structure, the light is either blocked or allowed to pass through the filters. By analyzing the light that passes through the filters, the optical properties of the material can be determined.
FOR MORE INFO:- https://www.perfectgroupindia.co.in/polariscope.php
ADDRESS:- Shed No. 66, Gajan Ind Estate-2, Kathwada G.I.D.C., Ahmedabad, GUJARAT-382430
It is composed of two polarizing filters which are placed in front of a light source and a light detector. The light passes through the material, and depending on its structure, the light is either blocked or allowed to pass through the filters. By analyzing the light that passes through the filters, the optical properties of the material can be determined. Polariscope can be used to measure the birefringence, optical anisotropy, and other optical properties of materials. WWW.PERFECTGROUPINDIA.CO.IN

 3. In order to identify whether a stone is singly refractive (SR), doubly refractive (DR), or an aggregate, the polariscope is typically used to analyse transparent to translucent gem materials (AGG). Opaque materials cannot be used with the polariscope.
