Another lytic lesion in sacral ala seen. • Peripheral smear: Hb 11.1 gm/dl, • TLC : 10,100/cmm, Diff : Poly 95%, Lympho 5%, Platelet Count: 1.41 lakhs/cmm • Normocyticnormochromic RBCs with no abnormal cells.
