  1. Mater Gardens Kindergarten Newsletter Name: Week of January 16CHECK WHAT TABLE YOUR CHILD IS SITTING AT This week – We will be having winter interim tests for reading and math. We will read “Fox and Bear Look at the Moon” in our reading text books. In Language Arts we will learn the letter “E”. In Math we will begin to introduce adding up to the number 20. Comments Dear Parents, I need every student to bring in a plastic 3 ring duotang folder. The folder can be any color. Please bring it in by Monday, January 16. The folders will be used for math dailies. No School on Monday, January 16!! Thank you so much for all your cooperation. Materials needed for next week Please send what is assigned to your child's table. .
