  7. 用法・用量設定の理由１ チクロピジン群における血小板凝集抑制率との差が75mg群において最も小さい 脳梗塞症における本薬の臨床推奨量は75mg/日が妥当であると判断

  8. 用法・用量設定の理由２ ローディングドーズ群は、非ローディングドーズ群に比べ、 初回投与後2時間から血小板凝集抑制作用を示した。
