  2. BUILDS A POWERFUL, AGILE, ATHLETIC BODY. LES MILLS GRIT SERIES 2 to 3 GRIT SERIES classes are recommended per week, alternating between Strength, Cardio, and Plyo. Strength is recommended every week and Plyo/Cardio are interchangeable. Payment and pre-registration are required to ensure a spot in this small group training class! Sign up at the member services desk or call 868-7800 for your reservation. Reservations can be made up to one week in advance.
