Services • The firm has tried over 280 cases in: • General Negligence • Premises Liability • Insurance Defense • Contractual Disputes • Commercial Disputes • Intentional Torts and Wrongful Death • The firm also resolves cases without going to trial, those include: • arbitrations • mediations • moderated settlement conferences • Post- trial includes preparation of Appellate briefs and arguments before various appellate courts in Texas.

Working Conditions • The firm is based in a small office with three lawyers, two assistants, and two interns. • The lawyers are considered employed by contract, so they can come and go when the time fits. This enables them to be able to leave for court or an appeal and not worry about closing up the office. • The assistants are there from 9 to 6, the traditional office hours.

  15. Duties • Put away finished client files • Type depositions for the defense and prosectution • Fax documents to other firms • Sign for deliveries • File payments • File timesheets • Close out closed cases • Answer phones • Type request for production for defense and prosecution
