  2. Locations • Our locations in northern California are in Fresno, Visalia and Bakersfield • Our locations in Southern California are in Hawaiian Gardens, Redlands and Long Beach

  3. Facilities • We have surgery centers in Fresno, Bakersfield and long beach. • We also manage physical therapy clinics in Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield, and long beach

  4. Doctor Offices • We are have fully staffed medical offices in • Fresno • Bakersfield • Long beach

  5. Doctors We have a variety of doctors to suit your needs • Orthopedic surgeon • Pain management • General practitioner • We also do QME reports for any of your needs

  6. Services • Our whole staff bilingual in Spanish and English • We can arrange a ride if you have trouble getting to one of our offices • Onsite X-ray machines

  7. Billing • We do our own billing so you know that you wont be overcharged or be sent a duplicate bill • If you need we can arrange a payment plan so you can get the help you really need.

  8. Physical Therapy • We have an excellent patient to doctor ratio. • A one on one every time you go in for treatment • Offer anything from massages to electric stimulation • Also will treat the patient as a sports medicine case at the request of the patient
