LSV Curves of MGIDEA Immunosensor for PSA and BSA Detection with Gold-Conjugated Antibodies

This figure presents the linear sweep voltammetry (LSV) curves obtained from the MGIDEA immunosensor in response to PSA at 100 ng/L (panel a) and BSA at 1 μg/L (panel b). The immunosensor utilizes PSA103 monoclonal antibodies conjugated with colloidal gold, with a subsequent silver enhancement step to amplify the signal. These results demonstrate the sensor's capability for protein detection, showcasing its sensitivity and specificity for prostate-specific antigen (PSA) in the presence of unrelated proteins like bovine serum albumin (BSA).
