Critical Risk The accident did not happen by pure chance or due to an evasive action followed by sudden or immediate change in the flight attitude or movement. • Potential Risk The proximity between aircraft, or between aircraft themselves and obstacles, brings about a separation space which is smaller than the minimum required by rules in force.
