4. Mordovia State University is located in Saransk, capital of the Republic of Mordovia. It has 28 academic buildings, 12 residence halls.The University has 13.000 students.There are over 500 international students, from eight countries like India, Germany, Egypt, Sri Lanka, Armenia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan. Students can choose from a variety of 133 available tracks of undergraduate and graduate study. There are several Faculties and Institutes under Mordovia State University. Mordovia State University is Recognized by Medical Council of India(MCI)and by the Russian Federal Ministry of Science and Education. 6. The quality and level of training for students is very good. Medical department of the university is one of the best medical schools / institutions in Russia. Our graduates are working dequately in many regions of Russia and the United States, Britain, Germany, Israel, Guinea, Yemen, Australia, Tunisia, CIS, etc. The training infrastructure is represented by 20 departments for practical training of students, the regional educational, scientific and medical research complex. Postgraduate and additional education department provide clinical internship. It is a center of advanced medicine. Trained medical staff carry 36 doctors, professors and 180 associate professors, 8 Honored Scientist of Russia, 46 scientists, 42 Presidents of scientific and medical societies and public institutions of Mordovia. The Institute of Medicine has adequate space, logistical and clinical base for training by highly qualified specialists. There are four academic buildings, the class of Internet, computer, laboratory, a library of medical literature, reading room, conference and sports facilities. Clinical departments and courses are located in major hospitals in Saransk, Republic of Mordovia. The earliest days of the faculty has their own history and the oldest departments are- normal anatomy, normal physiology, histology, cytology and embryology. Specialize trainingin clinical subjects- internal medicine, general surgery and other bases for the teaching of clinical disciplines and the creation of clinical departments and courses make it the largest hospital of the city and Republic. The Institute implemented a system of continuing medical education like- clinical internship, residency, postgraduate study, training and retraining of doctors.

9. Training is conducted in a clinical internship in 22 specialties, clinical residency in 25 specialties. Total enrollment is approximately 2000. Every year in the post-graduate education university provide training in 50 specialists like- cardiology, obstetrics and gynecology, dermatology, otolaryngology, ophthalmology, neurology, internal medicine, traumatology and orthopedics, urology, etc. functional diagnostics, surgery, Scientific innovation infrastructure includes laboratories of departments, the central research laboratory, vivarium, an anatomical museum, museums organ-pathology. 14 research centers and other staff of the institute and students participate in the development and implementation of federal, regional and sectoral, interagency and international programs. One of the priorities of the institute, is participation of students in scientific circles in the theoretical and clinical departments, publication of scientific articles, making presentations at international and Russian scientific meetings and conferences.Traditionally, medical students are actively involved in the All-Russia competitions of scientific works, and in 2004, student’s science department took the 4th place among all the medical schools of the country. Hostel- New deluxe Hostels were opened in year 2010 to accommodate more than 1000 international students. Boys and Girls are having separate wings. Each floor has a cable TV and a Fridge. All rooms are having attached Toilet/wash room, centralized heating facility during winter season. Hostels are fully furnished with study table, chairs, bed, etc.

11. Equipped with external video surveillance system and a card reading system on entry doors, it makes them the safest place for living. Other facilities are computer with a Broadband Internet access, laundry rooms, performance halls and fitness rooms, etc. An Indian Mess is operational in International Medical Students Hostel building for Indian students, here North & South foods are served. High quality and hygiene Veg. & Non Veg. foods are served 3 times daily. Sport plays a great role in the university life. The students are regularly participating and winning various contests in soccer, volleyball, basketball, field athletics and many other sport competitions. Sports facilities of the University include 4 gyms, 2 recreational complexes. International students have equal rights with local applicants in all applicable programs for undergraduate, graduate or post graduate studies. Saransk is a city in central European Russia and the capital of the Republic of Mordovia, Russia, as well as its financial and economic, scientific and cultural center. Saransk is one of the biggest and most developed cities in the Volga region. Today Saransk is a large industrial center. These days its one of the most beautiful cities in Russia.
