  1. CONTROTEK Butterfly Valves are designed for longer life and trouble free performance. While integrally molded sleeve ensures perfect resistance against friction between the disc and the sleeve, replaceable Sleeve ensures replacement of it during maintenance and re-use of the Body. Salient Features of Butterfly Valve ● Flat surface on Top & Bottom of the disc and the engaging area on the liner ensure perfect sealing between body, disc and stem/shaft ● Body liner is extended deep into the top and bottom of the disc shaft passages with integral ’O’ rings ensure no working media establish contact with the body material thus ensures longer life for body and avoid contamination of the fluid. ● Valve disc is designed to ensure smooth straight through flow, which reduces pressure drop across the Valve.
