The system audit log retains a record of all printed checks, including check number, date, account overlay, payee, amount, user, printer, zip, and 5 custom fields. AP Technology will design and pre-load a form outline for your checks (Additional form outlines are optional.). This check outline can be used to create overlays for multiple accounts. Check overlays offer 12 text objects and 7 graphic objects per form, and modifications to overlays are easily made from within the check setup screen. Multiple Checking Accounts Event Log The event log tracks all user and system activity: user logins, check outline modifica- tions, check printing activity, and more. Print a security watermark across the face of your checks. The watermark contains the payee name and amount, with customiz- able settings for line spacing, pitch, and grayscale. Security Watermark Viewer provides WYSIWYG capabilities to view check data locations and create a real-time audit map. Check Set-up Viewer Security Fonts For greater security, print the check amount in Reverse Font or Micro Font in a second location on your checks. Signature Logic Define how many signatures (one, two or no signatures) are printed on each check based on check amount. SecureCheck Basic includes 1 signature file (additons are op- tional). Each check overlay can have its own logic pattern. System access to check printing, auditing and signature functionality is password/ login protected.
